Common questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 1–2 weeks ahead for your preferred slot. Same-week availability is often possible — especially for one-time cleans. Call Amanda if you need something soon.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Most clients aren't home — that's the whole point. Arrange a key drop-off or lockbox access and come back to a spotless house. We'll confirm entry details when you book.
Do you bring supplies?
Everything. We bring all equipment and eco-friendly Norwex products — safe for kids, pets, and anyone with sensitivities. Just unlock the door.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
We come back. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means if anything isn't right within 24 hours, we return and make it right at no charge.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — just give us 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a small fee to protect our team's schedule.
