Common questions
When should I book — before or after moving?
Either works. If you're leaving, book for after your furniture is out. If you're arriving, book before your moving truck comes. Most people do it the day before the new tenant or owner takes over.
Will a move-out clean help me get my deposit back?
It's the single biggest controllable factor. We work from a landlord-ready checklist that hits the spots property managers always check — baseboards, blinds, inside cabinets, appliances, oven and fridge.
Do you clean walls, baseboards, and inside cabinets?
Yes — these are all part of a move-out clean by default. Nail-hole patching and paint touch-ups aren't, but Amanda can refer you to vetted handymen and painters who do.
Do you clean appliances inside?
Yes — oven, fridge, and microwave interiors are included on every move-out. Inside the dishwasher and washing machine are on request.
Do you clean empty homes only?
Move-in/move-out cleans are designed for empty homes. For occupied homes needing a full reset, our deep clean is the right fit.
How long does a move-out clean take?
4–7 hours for an average home. Larger homes or heavily lived-in spaces take longer. We'll give you a window after we hear about your space.
How quickly can you get us in?
Often same-week. Call or book online and we'll find the earliest available slot. Moving timelines are usually tight — give us as much notice as you can.
Do you do the garage too?
Yes, on request. A garage sweep and wipe-down can be added to any move-out clean.
What if the landlord isn't satisfied?
We work from a landlord-ready checklist. If something isn't right, we come back — no questions asked, no extra charge.
