How long does a deep clean take?
Usually 4–6 hours for an average home. Larger or heavily lived-in homes take longer. We stay until it's done right — we don't watch the clock.
How is a deep clean different from a routine clean?
Routine cleans maintain a home that's already been deep-cleaned. Deep cleans hit the places routine misses — baseboards, behind appliances, inside cabinets, blinds, grout, vents. It's the reset you need to start recurring service from a true baseline.
Should my first clean be a deep clean?
Almost always. Starting a recurring schedule from a routine-level baseline means every visit afterward is fighting a backlog. One deep clean up front means every visit after starts from genuinely clean.
How often should I deep clean?
Quarterly works well for most homes. Spring and pre-holiday timing is popular. If you don't do recurring routine cleans, you'll want a deep clean more often.
Does a deep clean include pulling out furniture or appliances?
We move smaller furniture to reach behind and under. Larger appliances (fridge, stove) we'll pull out on request — mention it when you book so we plan the time.
Do you clean inside the oven, fridge, and cabinets?
Yes, on request. These are add-ons we fold into your quote. Just tell us which ones when you reach out.
Is a deep clean the same as move-out cleaning?
Similar list of tasks, different intent. Move-out cleans focus on an empty home ready for handover. Deep cleans are for occupied homes needing a thorough seasonal reset.
How far ahead should I book a deep clean?
1–2 weeks ahead is ideal. Same-week is often possible — give us a call and we'll see what's open.
